Performance Test Lead

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement performance testing strategies and frameworks.
• Lead performance testing efforts, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and teams to define performance requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize system performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Develop automation scripts for performance testing scenarios.
• Monitor system behavior in real-world scenarios and proactively identify potential issues.
• Mentor and guide junior testers on performance testing best practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degrees in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, databases, and cloud environments.
• Experience with monitoring tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) for test automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
